The extra beads arrived. I’ve now finished my second beaded bracelet in even count peyote stitch, it was a bit of a challenge with all the colour changes. I used miyuki delica beads & a pattern from threadabead, although I have made a few minor changes to the pattern. Here is a close up.
This bracelet is for one of my fellow teachers ( chemistry of course) it’s her birthday in a couple of weeks time. I still need to finish it I’m missing a jump ring to attach the clasp.
I am not a big fan of the peyote stitch but what you made looks fantastic!!!
Thank yoy
That is amazing! How long did it take you? I hope your fellow teacher will like it (which they should, it’s just too cool not to like!)
Thanks, it probably took about a day, if I added all the hours together. I only really get about an hour here & there during the week ( spent a fair amount of time on Saturday). I’m sure she will like it, so will some of the students so I will get comments from them too.
That’s really impressive! I don’t think I would have the patience to deal with such tiny beads. Great job!
Thanks
Fantastic beautiful. Well done.
Thanks
Nice… What a fun gift! Between this and the hair/hare hat, your school is going to have the best turned out science department in the country!
Thank you
Love it! I’m a crafter and a chemist and this is so adorable!!!
Thanks
