Merry Christmas

Standard

My first gluten free Christmas cake. I wonder what it will be like? This will be our first gluten free Christmas.

We found my beaded Christmas tree in the loft, I finally brought a dome. I dusted it off & rehung the decorations.

My final technicians present, a silk & wool mix cowl.

Luna & I wish everyone a very Happy Christmas & New Year.

  1. What a sweet little tree. The cake looks yummy, I hope it was delicious. The cowl is beautiful and I know will be well received. The colors are lovely and you wrapped it so beautifully! I hope your Christmas was wonderful and I wish you joy and happiness in 2017. Happy New Year!

    • Thank you, unfortunately the cake, wasn’t as good as I thought, Mum used a different gluten free recipe & hers was much better. I guess like normal baking, you find a good recipe & stick to it. I hope you also have a happy new year

      • I have heard it can be difficult baking gluten free. I suppose it will get easier with new products coming on the market and people sharing their recipes that work. Your next one will be awesome 🙂 Thank you for the New Year wishes 🙂

      • I’m getting the hang of this gluten free lark , it’s been just over 6 months now. I’ve found a good chocolate cake & various other sponge cakes that work. But most of all I only get 1/3 of the migraines & I don’t feel sick, which is definitely great. There are some really good products out there, people don’t always realise I’ve just fed them gluten free stuff. Best wishes to you too
